You must arrange for My eQuals or your PLT Provider to email a transcript and certificate evidencing completion of the PLT course, or assessed PLT, directly to the Board as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks before your admission date. If the Board does not receive the evidence of completion of approved PLT in the manner required by the Board at least 2 weeks before your proposed admission date, it may be necessary to defer your admission to a later ceremony
